Recognizing the potential for growth, H.J. Justin relocated his family to Nocona, Texas when a railroad was constructed ten years later. In 1908, the company truly became a family affair as H.J.'s sons, Earl and Avis, joined the business. Their combined dedication and hard work led to a significant increase in production, with Justin Boots being distributed in 26 states, as well as Mexico, Canada, and Cuba.

Following the passing of their father in 1918, Earl and Avis moved the company headquarters to Fort Worth, where Justin Boots continues to operate today.
